Mermaid Land Official Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund:
We offer refunds for defective items or if we send the wrong items. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, which means they must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original packaging. You have 14days to return items from the date you receive them. No returns will be accepted after the 14-day return period.

Exchanges:
All sale items cannot be exchanged for changes of mind or for the wrong size selection. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after the 14-day return period.

To return an item, please follow our three-step process:

  1. Inform Mermaid Land Official: Attach images of the items you've bought and send them to us at: info@mermaidland.com.au

  2. Await our reply BEFORE you ship the package.

  3. Package your Return: Please include all original packaging and collateral material. Ensure the items are securely and safely packaged to avoid damage in transit. To make sure we receive the returned items, we suggest you use a traceable shipping service. We will not be responsible for parcel loss.

Ship your items to us: If you want to exchange or refund items, you will be required to pay for the shipping. Please ship to the following postal address:

Important Notice: Mermaid Land Official will never ask you to send your credit card details by email. Nor will we ever send you an email with a link to a payment page. If you receive such an email, please do not click on the link to enter your credit card details, and please contact us to let us know.
